The owner, Mr. Rimgaudas Balaisa is the President of the Lithuanian Table Tennis Federation. Mrs. Irena Balaisiene is the architect and a patron of the arts.
Ever since it opened to the public in 2000, actors, musicians, politicians and business people have been regular visitors to the hotel, charmed as they are by the hospitality, price, breakfast, atmosphere, professional service and the friendly attitude of the owners and the staff.
