The Old Town

The Old Town in Vilnius is a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering one tenth of the city area. It is situated in the middle of the capital. The Medieval Festival

The Medieval Festival is held in the pretty town of Trakai every year, in the month of June. People enthusiastically witness the enacting of sword and battleaxe fights between knights, and are instantly transported to the medieval era.
